House rules

1. Check-in is at 15:00 (3:00 pm), Checkout is at 10:00 (10:00 am). Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

2. Guests must be quite to respect the rest time other guests or residents between 21:00 (9:00 pm) and 8:00 (8:00 am)

3. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 250€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

5. Commercial use (including prostitution) and commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Per guest who stays more than the number indicated in the reservation, we charge a fee of 50€. 7. Pets may be allowed. It must be compulsorily announced in advance. The host has the right to refuse to bring the pet. There are also individual fees for bringing a pet. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

9. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels.

10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

11. Guests must clean the kitchen utensils used and must behave in a generally clean manner.

12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Guests who violate the rules can be excluded from the stay with immediate effect, the fee for the remaining and previously booked nights must still be paid.
