Cancellation policy

By making a direct booking via this website (by email, telephone or booking form), a binding accommodation contract is concluded in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

The following cancellation policies apply to direct bookings:

• Cancellation by the guest is excluded.
• Regardless of the time or reason, in case of cancellation or no-show, the full booking price (100%) will be charged.
• Payments already made will not be refunded.
• This also applies in the event of early departure or failure to appear on the day of arrival (“no-show”).

An exception exists only in cases where it is demonstrably impossible for us to provide the service (e.g. due to an official order).

Note on alternative booking platforms

If you prefer a cancelable booking option, please note that different cancellation policies may apply to bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com. Please note that these platforms generally charge higher service fees.

Recommendation: Travel cancellation insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events such as illness, accidents or travel cancellations.
