This completely renovated and beautifully furnished 50 m² apartment is very spacious and perfect for up to 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a beautiful view! Free parking on the property allows for a relaxed and easy check-in.

In the same building, we also offer two other accommodations, which can accommodate four and six people respectively. So if you need more, please send me a message.

The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a cozy sofa bed with a separate mattress for the 3rd and 4th person! A travel crib with mattress and fly net as well as an IKEA high chair are available for our younger guests.

The Winterberg ski area is only about 400 meters away and you can easily reach it on foot in under 10 minutes. You can set off directly on your mountain bike and head to the bike park via shady forest paths. As soon as you leave the parking lot, you will find yourself on one of the numerous hiking trails around Winterberg.

After an exciting day on the slopes, the sauna and pool invite you to relax (opening times: 8:00-19:30).

Afterwards you can watch some Netflix (Smart TV) on the cozy sofa or the two MASSAGE armchairs or surf with high-speed WiFi, you can definitely relax with us.

In the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, you can conjure up delicious meals for the whole family, even on vacation. All 4 people can sit together comfortably at the dining table, as well as additional guests if required.

You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a wonderful view!

Only a few meters from the accommodation there is a bus to the city center. The Winterberg golf club is within walking distance. The main train station offers numerous connections and can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. For winter sports enthusiasts, the SkiBus AstenExpress is ideal, which serves the winter sports areas around Winterberg. This bus also offers connections to trains to and from Dortmund.

Right next to the golf course and not far away is the Winterberg ski lift carousel, which offers direct connections to various ski areas. Winterberg's city center with its cozy restaurants and stores invites you to a relaxing afternoon of shopping. Gas stations, supermarkets and bakeries are also in the immediate vicinity and ensure a comfortable stay.
