This fully renovated and lovingly furnished apartment in Winterberg is the ideal accommodation for up to four people. Especially convenient: a private parking space directly at the house belongs to the apartment and offers both comfort and safety – whether you arrive by car. In the underground garage, bicycles can be safely locked to the rail (see video).

The location of the apartment is a real highlight. The ski area, downhill park and the famous bobsleigh track are all in the immediate vicinity. Whether in winter with skis or in summer with a mountain bike – from here you can reach all leisure activities in no time. Those who prefer a more relaxed pace can start extensive hikes directly from the apartment or discover the surrounding spa parks and golf courses.

The apartment itself offers an open living and sleeping area with a cozy 140 cm wide sofa bed. In a separate sleeping niche, another bed of the same size is available. For families with small children, a travel cot with mattress and mosquito net as well as a high chair from IKEA are provided.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cook for yourself and your fellow travelers even while on vacation. An oven, microwave, dishwasher and, of course, all cooking utensils are available. The adjoining dining table seats four people. After an eventful day, you can relax in the living area on the sofa and enjoy Netflix or other streaming services on the 43-inch smart TV. Thanks to fast Wi-Fi, digital entertainment is also guaranteed.

The terrace invites you to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun and provides a quiet retreat in the evening after an active day. For those who wish to do laundry during their stay, both a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement of the house. A separate room is also provided for storing skis, hiking, or downhill equipment.

Winterberg train station can be reached in a few minutes by car or public transport. The AstenExpress ski bus is particularly convenient for winter sports enthusiasts: on weekends, it connects the train station with the winter sports areas and provides convenient connections—including train connections to Dortmund.

In summer, the Winterberg Bike Park is right next door with exciting trails and lifts.
